Reviewing a photo
Click on any submission to see the full-size photo along with the person’s details. From here you can:Only one photo per person can be approved at a time. If you approve a new photo, the previous approved photo is automatically superseded — it’s kept in the history but is no longer the active photo.
Quality scores
Each submission carries a quality verdict — a score plus flags for issues like blur, poor exposure, or a busy background — generated automatically seconds after upload. Use it to triage: a flagged photo deserves a closer look, but the decision is always yours. See Photo Quality & Standardisation for what the checks cover.Rejecting an approved photo
Approved photos — including ones auto-approved during a Photo Day session — can still be rejected if you spot a problem later. The person returns to needing a photo, and your rejection reason reaches the capturer as usual.Rejection reasons
When you reject a photo, include a clear reason so the capturer knows what to fix. Common reasons:- Poor lighting or harsh shadows
- Photo is blurry or out of focus
- Wrong person photographed
- Eyes closed
- Background too busy
- Subject not centred in frame
